Our Burn Butter™ Transformation Contest Winner is Trish Morfitt. Here's her story:

"After years of battling an autoimmune thyroid disorder, five pregnancies (three babies earth side), and the ultimate emotional not giving a crap because it didn’t seem like anything I did helped, I hit my all time highest weight and all time lowest emotionally late in 2016. I joined a gym, and loved the support, but a year in I was only down 25 lbs, and still struggling daily from all the emotional and physical struggles that being overweight caused and contributed to.
In January 2018, I made the totally cliché New Year’s Resolution to make a change - eating keto. And...wow.
I don’t even know where to start with explaining what keto has done for me. From 250lbs to 155lbs, from easily over 36% bodyfat to around 17%, thyroid condition and symptoms under control, from being unable to complete a workout or walk around the block with my kids to running half marathons, and most importantly an entirely new appreciation for myself which has allowed me to be a better mom, wife, friend, and human in general.
People can try to tell me keto isn’t healthy or sustainable, but after years of all the unsuccessful diets/shakes/workouts/pills/et al, you’re wasting your time trying to argue with me, because I’m living proof and I’ve never felt better!"
